I was fed up with other Property Management Company's unprofessional/deceiving approach and desire to gauge since I was out of town owner. Those guys wanted me to pay them extra $400/- for just to be present during PG&E’s routine turn on Gas step (in addition to higher fees of putting new tenant in to property). The only smart action I took was dropped them and Called Utopia. Alexandra at the utopia is outstanding trooper, extremely professional, kind and helpful in eve way she could be to get the best tenant for my property.
